Jamie Oliver Vegan Shepherd’s Pie: Ingredients from the Video

Jamie Oliver Vegan Shepherd's Pie Video Recipe Cover

I recently cooked the Jamie Oliver Vegan Shepherd’s Pie video recipe and noticed that the version in the video is actually quite different from the one on his website. To make it easier for myself (and anyone else) to shop and prep, I’ve transcribed the exact ingredients and amounts used in the video for this Jamie Oliver Vegan Shepherd’s Pie.

Note: I am only listing the ingredients here. For the full cooking method, tips on caramelisation, and the “why” behind the flavours, please watch Jamie’s original video here.

A Note for German Readers: If you are looking for the “Frozen Mirepoix” in Germany, it can be hard to find! You can substitute this with fresh Suppengrün (finely diced) or 2 large onions and 3 medium carrots. If you don’t have fresh rosemary or thyme, dried versions work well—just use about 1 tsp of each!
